Step 1 : Unscrew the cap. Twist & pull off the fiber dispenser / sifter.

Step 2 : Screw the Applicator onto Carlxanz Hair Fibers Bottle.

Step 3 : Pick up the bottle and point it at the thin hair part, and press the rubber pump with your thumb (use the strength of your hand to control the amount of hair spray)
